Cancellation 

We know that things can change and if you need to cancel your session from Skillset Support Australia at any time, you agree to give us as much prior notice as possible. Should you need to cancel your session with us, please note our cancellation periods and charges

1. If you do not show up for your scheduled session. Skillset Support Australia can charge up to 100% of the full payment amount.
2. 24 hours notice. If the activity session is cancelled by the participant or participant representative within 24 hours of the scheduled session date, Skillset Support Australia can charge up to 100% of the full payment amount.
3. 48 hours notice. If the activity session is cancelled by the participant or participant representative within 48 hours of the scheduled session date, Skillset Support Australia can charge up to 50% of the full payment amount.

Wet Weather Policy

Some Skillset Support Sessions are run outdoors and there is the possibility of a session being affected by inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather conditions, Skillset Support Australia reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the session.  

You will be notified by your provided contact details within a minimum of four (4) hours. 

If for the reason of inclement weather and your activity session is cancelled, a full refund  or a reschedule will be issued

Privacy Statement

Skillset Support Australia complies with all relevant privacy legislation and has systems for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information relating to you, as our participant. 

Your privacy will always be maintained. You will be required to consent to a waiver Agreement to allow Skillset Australia to collect, use, and disclose your personal information to comply with the Privacy Act 1988. Information regarding your privacy is also included in your waiver agreement.

Requests for access to the personal information we hold should be made in writing to the Manager. Where you believe that a breach of this policy or the Privacy Act has occurred, a written complaint should be made to the Manager. Failure to receive a response within thirty (30) days or you are dissatisfied with the response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) via:
